We are a non-profit organization dedicated to upholding and advancing professional standards in the management of Zoning By-laws and planning issues. CZOA plays a key role in shaping and developing these regulations, serving as a reliable source for training, certification, and guidance for professionals working in Municipalities.
What We Offer
Unlike other fields, zoning officials must possess a unique blend of knowledge in both building and planning, yet no specialized courses, certifications, or programs existed to specifically address their critical role.
We felt it was time to establish this association, one that will support employers in their hiring needs, enhance career opportunities, and provide an excellent platform for professionals to thrive, learn, and grow together.
